Message All front anti-sway bars were the same, the rears differed by chassis (16mm NA 2+0, 20mm NA 2+2 and 26mm TT). They will interchange between different models.

Anti-sway bar bushings are pretty easy to install, if you can do tension rod or steering rack bushings then the sway bars will be no problem. There is a simple U bracket that holds them to the chassis with two bolts each. Drop the bracket, pull the old, install the new (don't forget the lube ;) ) and then reinstall.

Seems to be most people get either the Stillens or STs but on the other hand Kuah runs stockers. He could explain it better but from what I've seen it boils down to balancing with the rest of the suspension. If you're running a mostly stock suspension street car then the aftermarket anti-sway bars will probably stiffen it up nicely. If you have a well braced chassis with some fairly high spring rate coilovers then the aftermarket bars may be a bit too stiff and cause under or oversteer.
